Introduction to Marrfish
Marrfish hails from from a long standing and rich fishing heritage. Going back nearly 150 years, the Marr family were pioneers of the trawling industry in the late 1800s, adopting new technologies and practices across the fishing industry making conditions better and improving quality of caught fish by trialing freezing at sea.
Fast forward 142 years and Marrfish was born. Drawing upon the knowledge and access the Marr family has to the UK’s top fishing waters and fish, we now supply top restaurants and hotels with the freshest fish since 2011.

1. What were your biggest challenges or ‘pain points before using the Aquarius
system from ACSS? Before we introduced Aquarius to our Factory we were using hand written notes and marking the boxes up with wax crayons which was very time consuming, adding Aquarius into our business was a total game changer.
2. How has the Aquarius System from ACSS helped you overcome these challenges?
We now have a fully automated system which allows us to input
all orders on to the computer and with our scale platform on the shop floor in the factory we can produce labels with all the information the customer requires.
3. What areas would you say that the ACSS system has benefited your staff and
your business the most?
It has totally modernised how we operate in our factory.
4. Would you say that the ACSS system has helped streamline your business and assisted with growth? (In that the system has freed up more time for you to concentrate on other areas/ selling more products)?
Yes 100% we are now able to grow our sales with out adding more costs, due to us been a lot more efficient with the Aquarius system.
5. What has been the most significant impact of working with us?
Its been great to work with Richard and the team who are all ways on hand to help with new process / requests for additional work to be done on the system.
6. How would you describe the service and support from ACSS?

7. What do you like best about the service and support from ACSS?
Any request made, is never an issue if it can be done it gets done.
8. Would you recommend ACSS? If so, what would you Say?
100% great company to work with, who will all ways tackle any issue and requests from a
customer point of view. You can always speak to a member of the team which is fantastic, this helps resolving problems very quickly.
